1. Acceptance of Terms & Bottle Requirements

By requesting a quotation, paying a deposit, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not proceed with an order.

• Age Requirement: You confirm that you are of legal drinking age (18+) for any orders involving alcoholic beverages.

• Bottle Condition: Any new/full bottles provided for customization must be factory sealed. We will not accept opened or unsealed bottles containing liquid. This requirement does not apply to empty bottles intended for decorative use.

2. Products and Services

Luxe Bottles Ja specializes in premium custom bottle artistry and event enhancements, including but not limited to:

• Customized liquor and champagne bottles (hand-painted, glittered, or vinyl-wrapped).

• Curated luxury gift boxes and hampers.

• Customized Tumblers.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Deposit: A 60% non-refundable down payment is mandatory to secure your order.

• Client-Provided Bottles: If the client provides the bottle for customization, the physical receipt of that bottle by Luxe Bottles Ja counts as the initial deposit to secure the slot and begin the design process.

• Final Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared prior to the scheduled delivery or collection date.

• Lead Time: Standard orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) in advance. The production timeline begins only after the deposit (payment or physical bottle) is received and all design details are finalized.

• Rush Orders: Orders requested within 5 days of the required date will incur a Rush Order Fee and require payment in full at the time of booking.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery across Jamaica and designated pick-up options. While we strive for punctuality, delivery times may vary based on location and external courier factors. Luxe Bottles Ja is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services once the item has left our studio.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the highly personalized and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

• Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and work toward a resolution.

• Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued if an order is cancelled before production begins. Once materials have been sourced or work has commenced, the deposit (or bottle provided) is forfeited. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Bottles Ja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, the handling of alcohol bottles or the consumption of contents therein. In cases where a client provides their own bottle, Luxe Bottles Ja is not liable for structural integrity issues or glass flaws inherent to that specific bottle.

7. Media and Marketing

Luxe Bottles Ja reserves the right to photograph and use images of all customized products for promotional and marketing purposes. Clients who wish to keep their orders private for a specific period must notify us in writing prior to production.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.
